Abstract

Zusammenfassung: Anhand einer Familienuntersuchung wird die genetisch bedingte Störanfälligkeit des Zahndurchbruchs in der Nachfolgegeneration analysiert und die Variabilität des Merkmals „Zahninfraposition“ geschildert. Ausgehend von einer 72jährigen Patientin mit einem retinierten Schneidezahn, wurden bei den Nachkommen unter anderem Infrapositionen von Milch- und bleibenden Zähnen diagnostiziert. Als Ursache wird eine vererbte Störanfälligkeit vermutet, bedingt durch ein multifaktorielles genetisches System.
